At Made by Mariah, we take pride in creating made-to-order apparel and accessories just for you. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Custom items are made-to-order. Please allow 10-14 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons, launches, or sales, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure the quality of each item.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders:

• Flat Rate Shipping: $5
• Delivery Time: 2-5 business days (after processing)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note: We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility. 

Shipping cost may vary for custom and bulk orders

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 10 business days, please contact us at shopmadebymariah@gmail.com.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Made by Mariah is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
• Delays caused by the shipping provider
• Incorrect address provided at checkout

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend.
