Refund policy

At Made by Mariah, the majority of our items are made to order and often customized or wearable apparel. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at shopmadebymariah@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a resolution which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Made by Mariah reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
